General Questions

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

There are many convenient ways to book a visit with The HIVE:

Text or Call the Office - (928) 563-4483

    Email - info@hivenaturalhealth.com

  • Are you in network with my insurance company?

The HIVE Natural Health Center functions as an "Out of Network" health provider.

This means that we have no signed contracts restricting the care we can provide to our practice members.

  • What benefits does an out of network provider have?

Out of Network providers have fewer restrictions when it comes to providing effective and individualized healthcare.

When your provider is out of network:

    • No restrictions limiting your number of visits per year
    • No pre-determined fees or co-pays (which are often higher than what our patients pay per adjustment)
    • No limitations to the care we can and can't provide your family with
    • No additional or unexpected charges for additional services provided - if under contract we would be forced to charge you for each individual service performed which would result in different fees for each visit
  • Can I use my HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA in most cases.

Each HSA/FSA has specific requirements when it comes to use of funds, but we can help you get the most out of your benefits.

  • Can I submit to my insurance on my own?

Yes, you may choose to submit on your own.

We can provide you with the records and documentation needed for most claims.

Chiropractic Care

  • How do I start chiropractic care?

Step 1: Call to set up your New Patient Appointment

    Includes:

    • Deep dive into health history and goals
    • Neurologically-focused exam

Our doctors review everything discussed in conjunction with examination results to determine the best way to care for you and help you reach your goals. If, after your New Patient Visit, the doctors deem X-rays necessary to determine appropriate care, they will discuss those options and recommendations with you.

  • What are your chiropractic fees?

    New Patient Visit - $125

    • Consultation and Examination with one of our doctors
    • Individualized care plan design based on consultation and examination results
    • Review of goals and care recommendations

    Chiropractic Adjustment - $45

  • What happens after my new patient visit?

After your New Patient Appointment, you're ready for your Day 2 Report.

    Includes:

    • Review of examination results
    • Restoration Care recommendations
    • Overview of expectations for your experience at The HIVE Natural Health Center

New Patient and Day 2 Report appointments are longer and often involve a 30-60-minute time commitment. After these appointments, visits are much shorter and more accessible to fit your busy schedule.

  • How do you adjust babies & children?

Pediatric chiropractic adjustments look very different than adult adjustments.

Infant adjustments are very gentle and effective and typically involve the amount of pressure you use to check a ripe avocado or tomato.

Sometimes Dr. Hailey will use a tool called the Activator with our littlest practice members. This allows her to set the exact amount of pressure needed and deliver a quick impulse.

Like adult adjustments, pediatric adjustments address stress within the nervous system and work on releasing patterns of tension.

  • How do you adjust pregnant patients?

Prenatal adjustments involve techniques specifically designed for pregnancy including The Webster Technique.

Dr. Hailey uses a special table and pillows designed for prenatal chiropractors to help all pregnant patients feel comfortable while laying down, no matter how big your belly is!

Webster Certification through the ICPA (icpa4kids.org) allows Dr. Hailey to deliver specific prenatal care that balances the joints, muscles, and ligaments of the pelvis.

We love to care for mothers of all ages and all stages from pre-conception to postpartum and everything in between.

  • Will you do the same thing my last chiropractor did?

Our doctors practice multiple chiropractic techniques depending on your unique needs.

Your consultation and the neurologically-focused examination completed at the New Patient Appointment will determine how we care for you in an effective, safe, and comfortable manner.

On Day 2, we will discuss our recommendations and expectations with you and reach a mutual decision on how to proceed with care.

Our doctors' training in multiple chiropractic techniques gives her options when it comes to caring for you. Your comfort is top priority and we will always take your preferences into consideration.
