How do I schedule an appointment?

Existing Patients:

If the person you are looking to schedule for has already completed an initial New Patient visit, you may use the link below to schedule online or text our office for available appointment slots. Not all of our availability is able to be scheduled online, so if you have trouble finding a time that works, please text us for possible additional options.

New Patients:

If you or the person you are scheduling for are new to The HIVE and have never completed an initial New Patient appointment, please text or call the office to schedule - (928) 563-4483.

New Patient appointments last about 45-60 minutes and are required to be scheduled in advance - we do not accept walk-ins. Intake paperwork is sent to the email on file to be completed ahead of time. Intake forms are unique for general adults (13+), prenatal/expecting moms, and children (ages 0-2 or 3-12), so we may ask you to specify which category best fits you.

We do have a waitlist, so if your appointment is scheduled out in advance, but you'd like the possibility to be offered a sooner date, please let us know and we will add you to our waitlist. If we have a cancellation or last minute opening, we will text or call you and offer the appointment slot.

* Babies born to established patients must go through their own individualized New Patient visit.

* We do not currently have the capacity to book New Patient visits online.

What is the cost for care?

Established Patient Appointment - $50/visit

New Patient Appointment - $125

*Cost is the same for pediatric and adult patients

*Payment is due at the time of service.

*We accept cash, check, card, Apple Pay, and most HSA/FSA funds.

*Cancellations/Reschedules within 24 hours are subject to partial or full appointment fee.

*Care recommendations are individualized and will be communicated after initial evaluation.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as you know by texting the office at (928) 563-4483. Your appointment time is reserved just for you and, as a family-run small business with children, we are limited in the number of appointment slots we are able to offer. Last minute cancellations are hard on the business and hard on our family, so we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible, giving us the most amount of time to fill gaps in the schedule with others requesting care.

Do you accept insurance?

Our doctors are out-of-network providers, meaning that we do not accept insurance of any kind. We are able to accept most HSA/FSA funds and can provide superbills or itemized receipts upon request for your records. You are more than welcome to submit your superbill to your insurance company on your own, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Being "out-of-network" allows us to provide quality, individualized care, independent of what your insurance visit allowance may be. It also helps us keep our operating costs down so that we can pass on those savings to you. Transparency is important to us and you will always know what to expect when it comes to the cost of your care.

We require full payment to be made at the time of service and we require a card on file, though we do accept cash, check, and Apple Pay.

*If a patient is in a Motor Vehicle Accident or opens a Personal Injury Case, we are happy to provide all billing and care records digitally when requested via email (info@hivenaturalhealth.com). We do not currently accept liens and still require full payment at the time of service.

**Legally, we do not currently have the capability to see Medicare patients (age 65+), regardless of cash pay willingness. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we recommend seeking care elsewhere from a qualified Medicare chiropractor.**

Who do you serve?

Our office provides chiropractic care for all ages* and stages of life! We have adjusted babies just hours old, kids of all ages, moms from positive pregnancy test to the day of delivery and freshly postpartum, new dads, and seasoned parents.

Families are our passion and, as parents ourselves, we love to come alongside our patients and support you in whatever season you may be in!

If I've been seeing a different chiropractor can I skip the initial New Patient visit?

We require ALL patients to complete a New Patient visit regardless of whether or not you've been adjusted before.

During the initial visit, our doctors dive into your unique health history, discuss your health and wellness goals, and learn more about who you are as a person. They complete a thorough and individualized chiropractic examination to ensure they are using the proper techniques for your goals and preferences, adjusting the areas specific to your nervous system's needs, and determining if chiropractic may be safe and effective for you!

It is important to us that your care is individualized, and that starts with an initial visit in our office by our doctors.

What does the New Patient Visit look like?

The New Patient Visit is an opportunity for our doctors to get to know you and your health and wellness goals.

We begin with a consultation where your doctor will sit down with you and talk through your intake form. This is a great time for you to share your story and ask any questions you may have. After the consultation, your doctor will take you through an individualized chiropractic examination designed to determine if chiropractic adjustments may be a safe and effective tool to support you in your wellness goals. As long as there are no red flags or need for additional examination tools, such as imaging or professional referral,* your doctor will walk you through the first adjustment and give recommendations moving forward. This visit typically takes about 45-60 minutes, so please schedule accordingly. Follow-up visits are typically much shorter in duration.

*We do not complete mandatory or recommended imaging (such as x-rays, ultrasound, etc.) in office, but if the doctors determine additional examination procedures necessary, they will provide referral recommendations and/or information to you at that time.

How often should I get adjusted?

It depends!

Following your initial New Patient Visit, your doctor will give you recommendations based on your exam findings, your goals and preferences, and their clinical experience with others who may have gone through something similar to you. That means that adjustment quantity and frequency is variable from person to person and is impossible to know until after the first visit.

Sometimes we have patients who respond faster than we would have expected and sometimes patients don't respond as quickly as we anticipate. It's important to us that we adapt our recommendations as we continue to learn about you and your nervous system.

Do I have to come back forever?

Chiropractic adjustments are designed to support your nervous system's response to stress in your life. We acknowledge that there are certain seasons of life where it may be easier or harder to prioritize your and your family's health, and ironically, the seasons that are most busy and stressful are often when your nervous system needs the most support. We want you to know that whether you're able to consistently take time for your care or it's been a while since you've prioritized your adjustments, we always welcome our families back with open arms!
